2.1 Free Worldwide Delivery
- All orders ship free globally via our carrier partners. If any country is excluded, this will be noted on our website at checkout.
2.2 Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Processing delays due to peak periods or external factors will be communicated via email.
2.3 Delivery Estimates
- Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days to most locations.
- Remote areas or customs clearance may cause delays; we are not responsible for such delays.
2.4 Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be sent to the customer via email once the package is shipped.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delivery cannot be guaranteed for incomplete or incorrect addresses.
2.5 Unclaimed and Undeliverable Parcels
- Parcels unclaimed or undeliverable will be returned to Vorallis. Upon their return, we will attempt to contact the customer for reshipment (customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs) or process a refund minus original shipping costs.
2.6 Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For non-EU destinations, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility.
- If such charges are refused and the parcel is returned, shipping costs are non-refundable.
